Product Update: Native Analytics 🚀

May 6, 2026

Over the past few months, we’ve shipped a strong set of new features and upgrades here at Beamly, built around a simple goal: help creators publish faster, understand performance clearly, and convert more visitors into members and subscribers.

Here is the quick recap of what is now available:

1. Native analytics panel

analytics

Beamly now includes a native analytics panel directly in your dashboard, so you can quickly track what is happening on your site without adding another analytics tool to your stack.

Our analytics is first-party and does not use cookies or store anything in the browser. It’s privacy friendly by design and GDPR compatible.

The advanced analytics panel measures website performance with a broader set of metrics in one place, including:

  • Unique visitors and total visits
  • Total pageviews
  • Bounce rate and average visit duration
  • Top pages, entry pages and exit pages
  • Traffic channels and sources
  • Visitor location – countries, regions, and cities
  • Browser and device usage trends

For creators and content teams, this closes the loop between publishing, reporting and insights. With this update, metrics are available right where your publishing and membership workflows already happen.

We’re already building more on top of this feature and should have a few nice tweaks and updates around that area very soon.

2. Automatic transcripts & show notes for new uploads

If you host your podcast with Beamly, Beamly now automatically generates transcripts and full show notes whenever you upload a new audio episode, video, or course lesson.

This helps cut manual work, publish content faster, improve SEO, and make your content more accessible.

We still import your transcript backlog when possible, and Business plan users can also request on-demand transcripts, but this update is a game changer for your workflow moving forward.

3. Custom welcome emails for new members

New members can now be sent a custom welcome emails that you fully control.

That first message sets the tone for your brand, your premium value proposition, and what the member should do next. Until now, many users had to route this through external tools or automations, but it’s built into Beamly now.

With custom welcome emails built into your platform workflow, you can introduce your content structure and key pages, write a small thank you note, share access instructions for member-only content, set expectations around publishing cadence, upsell plans/products and a lot more.

4. Free products – lead magnets and signup-gated content

Beamly now supports free products, giving you a clean way to offer value in exchange for signups without requiring payment.

This unlocks the possibility to create lead magnets and build a qualified audience before monetizing directly. You can package useful resources as free offers and collect member emails/registrations at the same time.

Common ways to use free products include: downloadables like checklists, templates, and resource packs, free mini-series, courses or curated content collections, intro-level content that leads into paid memberships or one-time products and more.

5. Kit integration for automatic list synchronization

kit

Beamly now integrates with Kit, so new member signups can be synced automatically into your Kit subscriber list.

No need for manual exports and imports, or for setting up any 3rd-party tool to connect the two.

You can view the integration details on the Kit App Store.

6. Granular admin notification settings + inbox for incoming emails

email

You can now control email notifications you receive at a granular level.

Instead of getting an email alert for every event that happens on your site, you can now choose those that matter more.

Additionally, all new incoming emails from contact forms and voicemail message submissions are now stored directly in your dashboard (under Site Settings > Email).

You’ll be able to read through your inbox, and listen to or download voicemail messages.

If you are evaluating a platform that can handle publishing, audience growth, and monetization in one place, this update is a strong example of where Beamly keeps investing: less operational friction, more useful automation, and tighter visibility into what drives results.
