We’ve shipped a set of meaningful upgrades to Beamly over the past few weeks – focused on helping you automate more, publish better, and manage your workflows even faster.
Here are the highlights:
Zapier integration
Beamly now connects to Zapier, so you can automate workflows across thousands of apps. You can now trigger automations and custom workflows when either one of these events happen:
- New episode, video, lesson or blog post published
- New participant added
- Review created
- New user signed up
- Comment posted
- Contact form submitted
- Product purchased or paid membership created
With Zapier it’s easy to set up automations like syncing users with email tools, auto-share new episodes/posts to your newsletter + social + Slack, add data to spreadsheets/CRMs and much more.

Senja Integration (Testimonial widgets)
Turn customer love into conversion-friendly social proof, right on your Beamly site. Beamly now includes a native Senja widget inside the page builder – so you can add testimonials on any page without custom code.
How it works:
- In the page editor, drag the Senja widget onto any section
- Pick the format/layout you want (for example: Wall of Love style grids, sliders, popups, and more)
- Save and publish
- If you’re already collecting testimonials in Senja, this makes it simple to showcase them across your website and have great social proof.
Attachments
Add downloadable attachments and files to your episodes, videos, and lessons.
This is perfect for PDFs, planners, worksheets, templates, bonus downloads, and additional resources – right where your audience needs them.
Podcast Prefix Integrations
Track podcast stats and analytics via prefix-based tracking.
For podcasts hosted on Beamly, we now support 5 new prefix-based analytic providers:
- OP3
- Podtrac
- Spotify Ad Analytics
- Podscribe
- Podcorn
It’s a simple way to improve measurement without changing how you publish.
Misc updates and improvements
- We’ve fully rebuilt the admin sidebar on your blog posts, episodes, videos and lesson editor pages. It’s now much more intuitive to control access to content, and get things done faster on the sidebar.
- Added support for inline Images within the content (wrap text around images), and added participant bylines for published blog posts.
- You can now manage your site’s taxonomy directly in Site Settings panel, making it easier to organize your content over time.
- RSS integration now available on all plans. Easily determine which RSS feeds your website generates for content like blog posts, videos and more.
