For paid accounts, you’ll be charged on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime. We offer refunds for 14 days on annual purchases. No refunds will be issued on monthly subscriptions or in other circumstances. Remember that your subscription auto-renews so you are responsible to cancel before the renewal date if you want to avoid any upcoming charges. If you forgot to cancel on time – reach out to us and we’ll try to help.
Once you cancel your subscription, you can still use the platform until the end of your billing cycle. Your data may be automatically deleted once your account expires.
