Today, we’re expanding what you can do with memberships on Beamly (formerly Podcastpage.io) in a big way. Users who have the Memberships Add-on can now create and distribute private podcasts (audio and video) or private video channels.
Furthermore, you can also set up and sell one‑time products – this allows you to offer one-off packages with your content – podcast episodes, videos, blog posts, and even custom pages. You can now also include files with those products and sell digital downloads.
This release makes Beamly the easiest place to run a premium audio/video show, manage members, and control exactly who can access what. Your membership engine is also your growth engine and website – no need to pile up multiple tools and try to tape all those tools together.
What’s new? Here’s a quick summary:

Additionally, you now have the ability to create a digital storefront and sell products alongside membership/subscription options.

Until now, you could display posts as a grid, list, or carousel – now you can present content in a rich editorial format with a large feature area. You can easily use it directly on your homepage or blog page by just adding the Blog Widget and selecting the “News/Magazine” layout option in the settings.
